C.P.E.A.R. is a Southington, CT. based not-for-profit paranormal research group looking to help those in need of answers,
help, & guidence in dealing with paranormal activity as we further our own knowledge and collect concrete
proof of hauntings.

We investigate by using a scientific approach. We do this by using equipment to detect, communicate with,
and capture evidence of paranormal activity. We also try to find natural causes for what is perceived as what could
be paranormal activity before jumping to the conclusion that a place is haunted.
Interested in having an investigation performed? We
begin with communications either by phone or email followed by setting up an inital meeting. Investigative dates
and times are arranged to accomodate what works best for you. We go into an investigation with an initial intent
to try and find reasoning behind what could be causing the claims of paranormal activity. At the same time
we will also use various methods to try and capture and prove paranormal activity by collecting evidence from equipment
used which includes but is not limited to devices such as cameras, video cameras, digital recorders, video surveillance
systems, digital thermometers, EMF and KII meters as well as our own personal experiences during the investigation.
When the investigation is complete we will need approximately two weeks to review data and search for any evidence.
We will then set up a post-investigative meeting in which all evidence will be revealed to you and a copy of any evidence
caught will be given. Recommendations as well as the need for any further assistance and/or guidance will also be discussed
at this time. With all of this we know we will be able to give you some answers and hopefully peace of mind.
